What is your migration strategy?
Complete Switchover
All tickets including open tickets will be migrated
from my existing system into Zendesk.
Once the migration is complete, I will start using Zendesk for support.
Staggered Switchover
All tickets except open tickets will be migrated from my
existing system into Zendesk. I will continue to use my
existing system for all open tickets until they are solved.
Custom Switchover
eg: ticket open/closed, date range or all tickets in a group.
